The modern caprese was the BEST sandwich Panerai ever had the only truly delicious vegetarian sandwich option. We vegetarians love a warm sandwich that is bursting with flavor and texture. The mediterranen veggie sandwich is fine sometimes, but the modern caprese was a cut above, a warm, comforting, filling, meatless, and completely craveable sandwich.
