This was one of the only vegetarian sandwich options, and so much more satisfying than a sandwich stacked with cold veggies. Such a disappointment that it’s gone!!

PLEASE bring back the Modern Caprese Sandwich. This is all I eat. Until a similar menu item replaces the Modern Caprese Sandwich, I will not eat at Panera.
