Bring back the Shark Sonic Duo Carpet concetrated Shampoo

So i have bought the sonic duo and im so pleased with its performance, im not pleased at all that i carnt buy the carpet shampoo here in Australia. Bad customer service. Kerby carpet shampoo worked fine and its much cheaper

I really like this cleaner and have been buying cleaner from amazon at ridiculously high price. The most recent bottle that I purchased strated it was last in stock. I feel ripped off by Shark. I paid over $200 for this machine but will now sit useless if I cannot buy cleaner. Shark seems to create/discontinue products frequently. I will not purchase another Shark item.

Feel conned, would not have purchased had I known the concentrate was not going to be available

Please bring this machine back, if that is not possible please make solutions and pads available. Best floor and carpet cleaner ever. I love n the UK

Please bring back all the cleaners for this machine. How does Shark build a machine and only after a few years no chemicals for it?

Please bring back the concentrated carpet cleaner. Also, Shark no longer makes the carpet stain and odor remover solution. Don't understand why they sell you a cleaning machine then discontinue the products to use with the machine. I purchased the Sonic Duo two or three years and was never advised that the products would not be available a year or two later or only available on Amazon at an outrageous price. Feeling dupe. I have purchased 4 Shark products over the years; but no more!!!

I need the versatility of adjusting the concentration of the cleaning solutions.

We need this to use the machine!

Why would you take something economical and replace it with something more expensive? The premixed is not as effective as the concentrate.

I just had this cleaner given to me by my cousin who can no longer use it but I need solution. She thought it did an excellent cleaning job.

Also need to reduce the price for it!!!
