Please bring back the carpet cleaner concentrate! You have a great product. Why disappoint your customers who have a duo that is not usable?

Please bring back the concentrates! The current premixed solutions don't come anywhere close to the results I got with concentrates!

The concentrate results have been amazing, To take the concentrate off while the machine is still under warranty is concerning. I have gotten so many complements on the results I have gotten. Please bring back the shampooing products.

Please bring back the concentrates. I have been a huge fan of Shark products and choose them over Dyson but you not supporting the Duo product with the concentrates is giving me a bad vibe and making me doubt your support of other products I own. My mom and I both love our duos! Please bring back the concentrates. Thank you.

So, since you wanted to tie my hands, I have taken to make my own "green solution" that is safe on my hardwood floors, use a spray bottle, spray a small section of the floor then use my Duo on it. I realize there are some illiterate nincompoops out there, but really, must we all pay for their stupidity?

The pre-mix doesn't allow for higher concentrations. Guess I'm switching over to Bissell!! At least they support their products. This is just a revenue grab by Shark. Never again!

There's no point trying to drive a car without wheels and there's no point trying to use sonic duo without the carpet shampoo. I paid a lot of money for this machine and I would like to be able to use it.

If Shark believes that they can sell a cleaning machine without replaceable solutions, I may find a more reputable company. We use this product monthly and cleaners are getting more difficult to find.

Please bring back the concentrated hard wood floor cleaner and the concentrated rug shampoo. The sonic duo is fabulous but without the concentrated cleaner it is useless.
