Bring back the Shark Sonic Duo Carpet concetrated Shampoo

please, please bring it back. What are we suppose to use??????

Please bring both solutions back as I still use the machine but almost out of the solutions.

I concur with the overall consensus that this is a consumer cluster f#&k RIP-OFF BAIT & SWITCH. Unless the original concentrate solution is replaced back on the market, we should start a different petition to BOYCOTT ALL SHARK and INTERTEK products!!!! "I really feel this is a 'bate and switch' ploy. The best machine, doing the best job with the patented shampoo, then in just a few months, the "makes 7 bottles solution for $25." discontinued and ONLY a $10. per bottle shampoo replacement offered. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. The $25 bottle did 7 rooms. The $10 ONLY ONE. A 250% increase. I'm going to contact the ftc.gov Consumer Division for an investigation."

We are about to replace our Sonic Duo unless Shark brings back cleaner concentrate (both hardwood and carpet). The "new look" may satisfy Marketing and Finance, but it's a horriblle idea from a customer cost standpoint.

You should buy back this machine sine you discontinued your solution

This is so easy to mix. Why isn't it available anymore. You got us to purchase the cleaner machine, not get back the concentrated carpet and hard floor cleaners.

I want the carpet cleaner and the hardfloor cleaner back on the market and not the quadrupole prices when I see it on Amazon or other resale sites. I have had mine for years and years. I am out of hardfloor surface cleaner and will try to make my own concoction if it does not come back. The machine still runs great. I sold 4 machines for you by demonstrating my machine for friends but now everyone is mad because you quit supporting the Best floor cleaning machine I haver ever used. I could sell this for you easily if you supported it! Please bring it back. I am a man that does his part to help clean the house. I talked my wife into it and she is upset as well. Also bought a rotator vacuum from you and love it. She hates it cause it is heavy. Love your products but please get me some cleaning fluids for my poor sonic before I have to pour home made chemicals in it. Thank You, Frankie Brown

I have a brand new shark sonic duo still in the box that I have not used yet due to ill health and now I ha e found out they now longer make the cleaning soulitions for this machine WTF

Bring back the concentrate but at a reasonable price as well. Having to buy all those bottles is a bate-and-switch at its worst. How about decent customer service?

Why would Shark, disrespect their customers by selling an expensive carpet shampooer and then discontinue the cleaner refills, leaving them with a useless product?My only option is to pay the obscene amazon price, (current going rate is $163.99 for a pair of pretreat, and cleaner, which originally retailed for $24.99). I have used the Shark Duo carpet cleaner since it was launched, and have been extremely pleased with it's performance, and the easy storage in my small living space. My frustration grew with this company as I was forced to use it less and less due to the gradual decrease of availability, followed by unethical increase in price. Planned obsolescence? Once this information becomes more widely known via word of mouth, and internet, I do not see Shark remaining in business.

The sonic duo works well on my carpets. My steam cleaner gets them clean at first, but the dirt reappears. The sonic duo gets it pretty clean and the dirt does not reappear. To me, if they don't make the solution, then they need to give me my money back for the machine. I was dissatisfied with the results on my tile, but have found it to be invaluable for the carpets, especially in my hallway. Please bring back the solution for those who like it.

I’m in the uk and I love my sonic duo but am upset I cannot buy the carpet cleaning solutions now. Why have Shark discontinued this brilliant machine? Bring it back Shark please!

I cannot find the wood and hard floor concentrated cleaner anymore. Has this also been discontinued? Please bring it back - and for a normal price!
