Bring all of the cleaning products back.
The mop is still in perfect condition but cant use it because of no solutions for it. HELP ME

Please bring back the carpet solution and all of the other solutions because the enormous number of people that still have these machines have no way to use them without the correct solutions because the whole machines design works with those solutions only.

Totally agree... only im super upset that i have to buy a new one bc mine has fallen apart as if the plastic has just deteriorated. So a new machine it is.

I have called the company twice and want to find out why the Sonic Duo was discontinued. No one could answer my question. I would at least like the cleaner solution to be available. Or to find out if there is another products.

I would like to see these products brought back. I have used the unit for a number of years with great success. My only problem now is finding the carpet cleaning solution. It does make keeping my carpet easier to do rather that going out a renting a machine and the needed products.

Someone suggested Kerby (do they mean Kirby?)
When I voiced my dissatisfaction to the Mann & Noble people who took over selling Shark products from Brand Developers they had no answer for me. A good one for consumer affairs I’d say!

Please, please, please. We paid a great deal of money for these and they work great. However, they’re useless without the concentrate solution — and hardwood polish was incredible, too.

Very disappointed that the unit was discontinued. Would love for all the products and unit to be brought back. Would Love love if the cleaning products/pads were brought back at a cheaper price as well!!!
