Go to EBay or Amazon, but be prepared to pay $70-$80 and more for a bottle of the green concentrate!

Wow I hadn’t used my Sonic Duo in a couple of years, due to personal circumstances, so I get online looking for the cleaner and I’m finding VERY FEW of the green concentrated cleaner online for $80+ ???
Wow way to go Shark, put out a great product and just stop making the cleaners for it. I refuse to pay the online asking price of these cleaners, so I guess I just won’t be using my Sonic Duo anymore unless they start production of the cleaners again. Very disappointed because I always liked Shark products and would recommend them. Well, not anymore.

Bought this a month ago and was so excited to use after the holidays to get floors and carpets spic and span. Only to find out next to impossible to get cleaning solutions unless I pay an outrageous amount. That doesn't get mentioned when you buy the machine. Should have done my homework. I have a Shark vacuum as well and I love my Shark products, but will no longer support Shark unless they do the right thing for their many customers.

Why sell this machine then stop selling the solutions we need for it? Please add them back , i’ve seen countless post on many sites from customers who are unhappy they can no longer find these products and now have begun making there own or stopped using your machine completely .

I HAVE HAD THESE MACHINES SINCE I FIRST SAW IT, I BOUGHT IT OFF T.V. BEST PRICE AT THE TIME. I WILL NOT DO WITHOUT IT!! I HAVE THE FLOOR CLEANER AND THE VACUUM, BUT THE BOX CALLS IT A SHARK ROTATOR. WHEN I CALLED SHARK ABOUT THE CLEANERS FOR BOTH CARPET & HARD FLOORS, THAT I COULD NO LONGER FIND THEM IN STORES. SHE SET ME UP WITH CLEANERS FOR FLOORS & CARPET & IT WAS CHEAPER THAN WAL-****, I TOOK THE TIME TO ORDER 5 BOTTLES OF FLOOR CLEANER 2 FOR CARPET, 2 SPOT REMOVERS, THEY AVERAGED ABOUT 15.00 EACH NOW THAT'S AVERAGE, THEN SHE OFFERED ME A PACKAGE OF ATTACHMENTS I GOT A PART TO PUT THE MAIN BASE ONTO, TURNS IT INTO LIKE A CANISTER VAC. U JUST LAY IT ON IT & THE PART HAS 4 WHEELS & U CAN CAN JUST PULL IT AROUND, IT WON'T FLOP OVER WHEN YOU STRETCH OUT THE HOSE. THERE WAS ALSO AN EXTENSION ARM I GOT EXTRA PADS FOR FLOOR AND CARPET I CAN'T REMEMBER ALL THE EXTRA PARTS SHE OFFERED ME. AT THAT TIME, I BELIEVE ALL THE EXTRA WERE AROUND $55.00, NOT THE CLEANERS, THIS WAS EXTRAS SHE OFFERED, WE TALKED AND IT WAS A GREAT DEAL FOR ME, I BOUGHT IT ALL!!! BUT I'M ALMOST POSITIVE IT WAS UNDER 200.$ LIKE BETWEEN 150. 175. IT WAS QUIT AWHILE BACK SO PRICES MAY BE DIFF. BY NOW, BUT WHO KNOWS, CALL THEM THEY ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO LOSE THEIR CUSTOMERS. AND THE REP. I TALKED TO WAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I HAD TALKED TO FROM ANY COMP. ILL KEEP USING UNTIL THEY STOP MAKING!!!!!!!

I have been happy with my sonic duo except for the discontinuation of the carpet shampoo. I feel a bit cheated because they pulled it right after I bought. Like a bait and switch. I will not buy another Shark until they return the shampoo to market.

I just saw a 23 oz pre-treater spray bottle for $100.00 on Amazon. I'm done with this product. It works incredibly, but I can use other machines for much cheaper.

I can't believe that this company expects customers to be loyal when they pull something like taking this product off the market and making you pay more then double for a bottle of carpet clener. BRING BACK THE DAM CONCENTRATED carpet cleaner
