at least make reusable bottles for the sonic duo

My sonic duo still works great. I loved this for my carpets. Please make the cleaning solution available again.

It’s crazy that you buy a machine and now have no solution to use with it. I had no warning that it was going to be discontinued. I went to buy and it’s being sold for 149.00. Terrible business practice.

I have the sonic duo and I can’t use it because I can’t find any solutions to put in it. That is kind of pointless. Amazon has it for $155. Please at least bring back the solution.

I paid all that money for the Sonic Duo only to have it discontinued and have to pay outrageous prices for carpet solution it’s unfair to customers

I can’t use my machine without this solution. What are we supposed to do now? I’ve got a perfectly good carpet cleaner I now can’t use.

I have tried to obtain both carpet & hardwood floor solutions. I cannot without paying enormous amounts find it to clean my house. Please bring it back. I love my Shark Sonic Duo. Nothing comes clise

I will stop buying Shark products due to them taking products off the market. I bought their air cleaner but no replacement filters made I need the refill bottle found one on ebay for $89.00. What a joke

first Shark discontinued the concentrate solution and replaced it with ready to use solution at the same price, resulting in a 7x price increase, then they discontinued the solution all together without a substitute, abandoning their customers. Poor customer support.
