Bring back the Shark Sonic Duo Carpet concetrated Shampoo

Please bring back the concentrate. Shipping, storage and land fill could all be reduced if the concentrate is sold. I've read the directions and feel penalized for those that don't. Perhaps a red warning label will help those understand the product needs to be diluted with water.

I really want this product back. IN fact it would be nice if could find ANY of the cleaner concentrate OR premixed at a store!

This cleaning solution is a necessity for anyone suffering from upper respiratory ailments such as dust allergies. I live in an area where it is hard to find living spaces without carpet. I need the cleaning solution available in stores. Please, please, please.

Please bring back concentrate and sell in stores

I tend to look for alternative ways to clean my carpets since it is so difficult to get a supply of carpet solutions at the time of need. I, too prefer the concentrated solution for my carpets. Not being able to pick up solutions at a store when needed is an irritant...and tends to sway my thinking on owning my Sonic Duo. Any way that you can change this would be greatly appreciated.

Love the Sonic Duo but can no longer find the solution. I prefer the concentrate. Please bring it back and please sell the carpet solutions in stores.

I think this needs to come back; it was a good value, and now that it is discontinued, folks on Amazon are selling this pair for up to 99.00!

I encouraged others to get the sonic duo. I am very disappointed that the concentrated cleaning solution has been discontinued. It can be found on E-bay and other networks for 90.00 and up. The cleaner may be great, but it's not worth that much to clean one carpet.

I like that the concentrated carpet cleaner allowed me to add more cleaner if my rug had a stain I wanted to remove or less cleaner if I was just doing a regular cleaning.

Was main reason I purchased unit

The Shark Duo system rely s on these product being available.

PLEASE bring back the concentrated carpet cleaner, as well as a concentrate Pre Treater! Treat your loyal customers right!

Difficult to find the cleaning solution in the stores if you need it in an emergency. Best to buy on line.

Extremely disappointed with discontinuance of the concentrate carpet solution. As one person has said, it seems like "bait and switch". Plus, can't find in the stores. Now we have to pay for water and many more plastic bottles. It's not eco friendly at all. The excuse of it being confusing to customers is ridiculous. It is marked on the bottle, how much water and how much solution. Are people that stupid? Must you "dumb down" your product? At least give us that have a brain an option!

Really disappointed to find out concentrate gone. Doubt Costco would have sold this machine knowing we would be stuck with a scam on replacement solution:(

If you sell the machine you should also make all the cleaners available including the concentrate for everyone to purchase.
