It started with being able to buy the products in the stores.Now I don't see them anywhere.

Yes, I agree. Bring back the concentrate shampoo. I also would like it as a separate product and not just in the duo pre-treater and shampoo package

It's a shame that Shark, like other companies, chose to mess up a good thing. Being on a fixed income, the concentrate was best for me!! BRING IT BACK!!

I have a sonic duo and have been trying to find the carpet cleaner and cannot. Why would shark discontinue a solution that is needed for one of its products???

I love my sonic duo...except for the fact that I purchased for the convenience of being able to shampoo my carpets and now due to the lack of availability of the Carpet Cleaner, I cannot do this as I once could. PLEASE GET THE C ONCENTRATE BACK ON THE SHELVES!!!! I DO NOT MIND ORDERING DIRECT FROM SHARK...JUST GET IT SOMEWHERE AND SOON!!!

I really feel this is a "bate and switch" ploy. The best machine, doing the best job with the patented shampoo, then in just a few months, the "makes 7 bottles solution for $25." discontinued and ONLY a $10. per bottle shampoo replacement offered. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. The $25 bottle did 7 rooms. The $10 ONLY ONE. A 250% increase. I'm going to contact the ftc.gov Consumer Division for an investigation.
