People need to get to work so they can support their families. Elderly people also need pullic transportation. If you need to take money from some place, take it from the public servents that in retirement make over $100,000 a year.

Cardiff Bus did not think this through it was just a political knee jerk reaction, it has rendered my parents - both in their 80s housebound unless the family can take them out, what little independence they had has gone - shame on you Cardiff Bus

Disgusting that the service was axed before taking into consideration the views and needs of the public, especially the needs of the elderly and infirm.

My uncle is 82 years old and now has to catch 4 bus's if he needs to see his GP and of late he is unwell and this is causing great concern for me as a family member as we are all stressed out about it.

My mum has complained a few times now as the 96 service is either late or to full, which keeps making her late for work. I don't understand why you took the 12 service off

Used this every week day for work always a busy service can't understand why they stopped this route
Always people on the bus, a busy route and a difficult walk for pensioners now the 12 haz been removed

It is most important that this Michaelston Rd service is reintroduced

This is an important service for me,to enable me to attend Doctors appointments etc. Not everybody is able to drive!
