I first watched the show because Andrew rannells was in it but very quickly I fell in love with the characters and it saddened me when I found out it was canceled

I really loved The New Normal. As a gay man I feel there aren't enough 'good' shows that highlight the life of homosexual men; The New Normal was that show for me.

The new normal was an exquisitely written show what you can compare to Shameless (ShowTime) but in a more positive and kind way ... Like real life , do mention the writing!! And if not NBC ( wimps) I say hello!! Ryan Murphy... Go back and talk to USA Network, or Amazon or Netflix they've got a backbone those three networks have wonderful program well written for smart people who love the shows look at what USA network did with the slow opening of suits and since it's down in what his fifth year but they gave it a moment to get his feet on the ground and develop his own audience ticket back to one of us to the smart people USA network Amazon or Netflix ... thank you Rhön
