If there is sufficient support, hockey could be a plus for Central Kentucky, however there needs to be a dedicated arena for this of an appropriate size not the vast cavern of Rupp.Arena. That is what killed it before.
If you could work out a deal to be the farm team for the Preds. it would be win win. Look at the success The Reds have had in Dayton and Louisville.
Hockey is bigger than ever, Lexington needs a team to grow the hockey community!
I've lived in a city with minor league hockey and I've seen what it can bring to the community. It would be great for Lexington.
Choose a reasonable size venue like the horse park and I think will succeed. Lexington way to big of town to not have minor league hockey.
Bring back the Kentucky Thoroughblades
Bring back Hockey to the Bluegrass!!! We need hockey in Lexington in a bad way, there is a great fan base here for support!

This would be great to have again. One of the fondest memories I have of years past!!!
