Bring back the Hotpoint Supermatic Twintub washing machine

agree completely. change does not necessarily mean progress

Yes! Bring back the Supermatic!

The "automatics" are useless - so "eco-friendly" that they do not wash properly. Bring back the Twintubs - a real working machine.

Great washing machine and I miss it... Would buy a new one today

i love mine did all the weeks washing in one go and bed sheets do wish i had one now

I so sorely miss my twin tub. It takes all day to do my laundry with the washing machine and costs alot more to run. I am currently looking to buy another twin tub with a boiler option

This machine is fantastic. I need one NOW!

would love to have one again

My mum as always had one she love it let's get it back

Desperately searching for one of these, hope petition helps ☺

I need one cant find one i want to manually fill without plumbing

I prefer the deluxe model with auto rinse and 3100 rpm spin to say the least they were all good and im looking for 1 now

Mine dates back to 1967 (according to a datestamp on the drum) and has served me well until the spin moter needed attention. Simple machine so simple remedy - see http://www.stevegs.com/projects/induction_motor/ for more

Best washers ever!!

Theres a definite need for this type of washing machine, efficient, resource saving. good on the environment. Hotpoint should never have discontinued them.

The best washing machines

The best ever washing machine. The model I had in the 1970s you could reuse the hot soapy water. Fast spin... dry clothes. Fast washing cycle. BRING THEM BACK.

I've just bought a hot point twin tub New in the box even had a box of Persia inside for a hundred quid and I'm loving it 15min was and whites are done Love it takes 3hours in my automatic

I still have a Hotpoint Supermatic and best machine ever

The best machines on earth and built to last!
