8 Years of ratings down the drain. Where is do you thumbs up / down? This wouldnt work on Amazon or IMDB so why here?! Please bring it back.

Google, please! It's OK to simplify things to the lowest denominator of your customers - but don't remove options. What do you gain from this? My subscription renews in two weeks. I will see how the discussions evolve and will shop around for alternatives if you really decide to stick with the up and down system.
Thanks for listening to your customers and not being evil!

I hate the thumbs up/down it really does make for awkward decision making when sitting on the fence.

Bring it back. I spent countless hours updating the ratings on thousands of songs, and now it's worthless.
