Kathleen does an amazing job as a crossing guard. My kids and I feel perfectly safe crossing at the intersection that she works at. We specifically cross at that intersection when she is there as it is the safest way for us to cross Dufferin St. She is also a great representative working for the city and the police. She knows most of the kids names who cross there and builds community, connection, and understanding. I urge the police and traffic department to support Kathleen and change their decision to stop Kathleen from dancing and being active while doing her job. It also inspires our kids, and us adults that need it too, to keep moving!

Maybe all crossing guards should dance !!

I see Kathleen in action almost every day. She is attentive and dedicated to her job, and the community LOVES her and her dancing!

Yes it's very upsetting that The police even have the power to make u stop dancing ! It's very sad that the police view your happiness as a distraction . Bringing joy to people , and who knows what little bit of your joy rubs off and spreads to other people ! And so on etc !! I wonder how many accidents has your dancing caused to date ? How many days have you brightened for so many people !!Just saying ? Maybe I should call Sargent Jill miller at 416 808 1915 and ask her !!

She does a great job AND she loves it! Shamefull bitter adults are trying to stop her when shes keeping their kids safe, active & entertained
