Many homeowners have expressed there distaste of the Cypress mulch chosen by the board last year. As mulch planning has begun for the next year it seems we have an obligation to ensure we are heard. This is not meant to be disruptive. Many homeowners can't make meetings and some feel that other means of communication are not effective.
