It's not just about great coffee - it's the friendly experience and personality of June & Sam that really made our coffee time awesome. They will be sadly missed! They really were the best baristas we've ever had, they were a part of the News family.

I was saddened to hear the news this morning that June and Sam were let go! A petition fighting for their return is a testament to the mark they made on this business!

I've been working here for nearly 6 years. NO ONE has the same interpersonal skills and all round positivity as these two do. Their employer will be worse off without them. Poor decision to let them go.

When Degani were announced as taking over the Cafe', there was a massive sigh of relief across the floor when we found out that June and Sam were staying on! It is sad to hear now that they are leaving. They provided such great service, always remembering your coffee's and names. They are a part of our team and it is a sad day to find out they won't be greeting us with our morning coffee anymore. I would love to have them stay!

No one knows the cross section of people in this building or the way they like their coffees like Sam and June.
We will never find anyone quite like them.
