What a beautiful idea and wonderful quest ~ thank you so much for launching this! So many memories of my life: individually, personally, family, friends ~ and so many special events ~ beginning with my childhood through teen years into young adulthood and then as a mother myself ~ and diverse joys that included the rides, swimming in that unique outdoor salt water pool, superb live (with big-name!) concerts, and a very memorable wedding of friends in Hurricane Gloria there! ~ resonate forever with me and continue to be among my favorite memories! Such a great place to catch 4th of July dazzling fireworks, too! And I loved the "haunted house" there!

I would love for Rocky Point to be brought back. RI needs something like this. So many good memories there.

Bring back this park children today need this someplace to go like we did the big parks now a days are to expensive so most people can't afford it so they don't go Rocky point come back

I remember my first time as a kid goin there!! I was so sad when rocky point was shut down. My parent took me there almost every weekend. I really do hope it opens again and i would drive down to see it with my kids. Im so glad someone is wanting to bring it back!!

Didn't they sell a bunch of the rides making it so it would never be the same rocky point we knew and loved?

I spent most of my childhood at Rocky Point whether for rides or for the fireworks displays , would love to have this brought back to share with my grandchildren, we love going to amusement parks as a family! and share the memories I had growing up!

I miss Rocky Point, it was always our end of School yr field trip when I was a child. I
Loved eating their famous clamcakes and chowder at the Shore Dinner Hall. My favorite ride was the Enterprise.

We need Rocky Point back. This state is so limited in what it has to offer people for fun and entertainment.
