Are you guys all insane or what? My Dad went too this park as a child, I did, and so has 99 percent of R.I. I got my first kiss actually in front of the Shore Dinner Hall while sitting on a picnic table and enjoying the wonderful ocean and those awesome scavenger Seagulls we all would throw a few of are Clam cakes too out of that white bag with the Rocky Point signature on it. Can I , will I ever forget ANY OF IT, INCLUDING EATING INSIDE THE HALL? NO WAY IN HELL., I AM 55 now ,brougham few of my kids even there when they were little. I never even minded the wait on a hot summers day for the Flume ride so I could scream loudly at the end of it when u slowly heard that cranking sound going all the way to the top, and then BOOM YOU WENT QUICKLY DOWN AND COULDN'T WAIT TO SEE WHO GOT THE WETTEST! I eventually learned sitting in the back was best, by the way. And how about the Musical Express where if u were smart enough to know where to sit as it went forward and backwards to the Music you could squish your boyfriend and laugh like hell! So much more I could say, but what is wrong with you people that did this too us , and especially our next generations? Money? We all only live once , remember that and life is too short too take it with you,.....SO PLEASE BRING BACK THIS PARK! Sincerely, Karen A. Baker

I was a volunteer Big Sister Mentor for 25 years and I enjoyed Rocky Point will all of my little sisters. Best times ever!!!

It would be so great to have the park back again. Although it would never be the same as the original it would still be great to have somewhere to go a lot closer than six flags.

When i was a little my partens took me to rocky point every year i loved it i love the rides the last i was there it was my 9th grade filed tripe i had a blast with my best friend i want my girls and my grand baby to experince the fun that i had and there i shure miss this place

I really miss Rocky Point. I would love to see it re-open but it has to be in a similar setting, right on the water. That is how it got it's name after all.
