I have had the opportunity to know Achen personally before and after he became an achen. His love and passion for Christ, as well as the mar Thoma was seen in all that he did! He's an amazing counselor for all the youths young & old. Definitely a true blessing to our mar thoma church & we're all hoping that him & his family can be reinstated to the mar thoma church.

Roy Achen is one of the best Achens I have personally interacted with. He has a gift of speaking God's word and also has the ability to connect with people of all ages at a personal level. To me if we lose Achens like Roy Achen then there is no future for the Marthoma church to grow and be fruitful in the untitled states.

Rev. Roy Achen has brightened my days with so much knowledge and faith. His family and him deserve to be brought back as they have given so much sacrifice through the years that have all of a sudden been forgotten. This was a very unfortunate step that is taking the community back instead of moving forward. Unfortunately this generation is moving forward and relationships, time, leadership values and sacrifice should be respected. If the Achens that serve the church are punished and forgotten.. where is the grace that is preached about? And when is a member of church also going to be one day punished and forgotten?

Though I've only met him once, I can say with complete certainty that Roy Achen is a really kind, awesome guy, and it's a deplorable move by the Mar Thoma Church to do such a thing to him and his family. It's my firm conviction that he should be reinstated ASAP. #BringRoyAchenBack

This Achen is by far the best achen we have had. He brings up real life aspects of what our third generations kids are going through. All other Achebe are scared and do not get the youths attention by them being scared to talk about the real life topics and or not caring about the youth as they say. We need to bring him back ASAP
