The insanely and all around loved Twitch streamer, Phat Crab, once had a point reward that allowed his viewers to have him do squats while on stream. His moderators, bless their souls, also had to participate, but it was a healthy excercise that his followers enjoyed helping him and his team commit to. Recently, however, he removed this point reward and replaced it with a "hot sauce" that just doesn't have the same soulful weight and healthy motivation.
