Local businesses need our support now more than ever! This will only hurt residents and local business owners!

As punishment the Town Council should step down. They clearly lack the leadership Bethany needs at a time like this.

As a local living in Ocean View, it is disappointing to see how little parking you are leaving for paid parking. Our businesses have suffered through Covid, you are only adding to it. With no other places to park, how do you expect people to support the stores and restaurants?

there is no reason for what you're doing. You need to be sued

Needs to go back to normal. This will hurt our local businesses and have the visitors go else where and Bethany will suffer.

This parking change is insane. Who wanted this? I am a resident and a practicing attorney. This is probably unconstitutional and grossly out of touch with the desires of most Nerhany residents.

Should be all open as it used to be. There is only so many spaces anyway. Bethany residents can walk to beach or town. I am disgusted with this permit parking for residents and spaces empty because they don’t even need them.

Limiting the parking when business is already down, is like kicking someone in the head when he tries to get back up and throwing him a brandade.

The policy enacted in the guise of public health is quite discriminatory and is completely the opposite of what other towns in our area are doing.

Open up parking for non-residents! You’ve already decided to open Delaware beaches. Don’t make this harder on everyone who is trying to enjoy their vacation homes and favorite beaches.

I live in 19967..exactly 2 miles from Bethany Beach.
I have worked in Bethany the last 3 years for a local business. This parking “ plan” is ridiculous! We cannot discourage tourism and locals from supporting businesses especially at this time.

As senior residents of Ocean View, we look forward to the warm weather and the time we spend in Bethany Beach. Entertainment at the bandstand and the restaurants have always been important to us. We feel it will be impossible for us to continue these activities with the current parking situation and sadly, will probably go elsewhere.
