More of “we moved here because it’s so nice but I Don’t want to share and I need to make it more like where I came from” mentality. Bethany just continues to become less friendly every day since many of the homeowners think they’re so special. My family has supported your businesses and parking meters for over 40 years. It’s time to stop thinking you’re so exclusive.

I live 3 miles from the beach, and it’s the reason that I moved here. I park at the beach to enjoy the evenings. Please let people that live here enjoy their beach. Undo the new parking rules. Please.

Absurd! This affects not just the out of state visitors but even the locals from the surrounding area just because we don’t have a Bethany zip code address. The town council will destroy Bethany as we know it. Really bad choice.

I agree we need to return to n “new normal” slowly but this feels prejudiced and distancing the people who also love the area and the people.. we also live there and pay taxes —and look forward to retiring there. This needs to be rethought..

Give our small businesses and town a fighting chance! If you commit to this all summer our quaint town will look very different next year, I assure you :(

It is ridiculous to limit parking to residents only. What constitutes a resident anyway? We’re here 4 months a year

I have lived in the Bethany Beach area for over 20 years and I think it is a disgrace what is happening in the town. The parking is what you would see in a gated community. The businesses will suffer.

We are residents of Millville who supported Bethany during Covid 19. We were good neighbors...Bethany is not. We will support other vendors outside of BB

This is truly insanity. We the tax payers demand non-resident parking and operating restrooms at Bethany Beach.

Until this absurd parking map changes and vastly improves for non-residents, I will take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely makes zero sense in a tourist town.
