The Governor opened up our beaches and now the Town is taking extreme measures to restrict access.
Businesses, short term rental property owners, and more will suffer due to the Town’s blockades.
Did the Town Council have a public vote over this?
NO!
Property owners in South Bethany and North Bethany have no access either!
This is wrong!

As an oceanview resident why is it not possible to open up residential parking permits within a specific radius outside of Bethany? We all love the beach and most of us have moved here for this luxury. The money could go towards the small businesses that make Bethany what it is. We need to move with the times and become proactive in keeping our neighbors and small businesses flourishing especially now.

I live in Ocean View, have spent a lot of money in Bethany over the past 8 years.Remove the new parking restrictions and return to what it was previously. I can easily take my bus.elsewhere otherwise!

My sister has a beach house in Bethany. She has no place to park! Really? Wow I wouldn’t want to pay that mortgage only to be turned away....my heart goes out to the business owners as well.

went to Bethany Today to shop parking is RIDICULOUS to say the least...paid $5.00 for 2hrs I'm a local and my friend is also.. Needless to say neither of us will be back !!!

Full time residents of DELAWARE, outside of Bethany Beach, deserve more. We are the ones who patronize establishments in Bethany Beach all year long.
