It was a private and loving gesture to take the photos for her husband. It showed the close feelings she has for her partner and is nothing to be adhamed about. The fact is the pictures were on her private phone and that alone should be enough to keep them safe. The child should be ashamed of himself and I hope he learns the error of his ways. There should be real consequences for his actions and to any fellow student that helped him.

GOOD FOR HER! Glad she is suing this backward school system and superintendent. I suggest she contact the ACLU and other appropriate influential organizations and ask them to file amicus curiae briefs with the court
