This is total nonsense. Show me the code that she broke as an employee that warrants her being forced to resign. Otherwise she has every right to sue the county for everything it's worth.

A school district, who should be setting an example to young students, are blaming the victim. Which then shows the student that he will not be held accountable for his actions. What's next? Are they going to tell the student that the teacher asked for it?

The teacher had ALL reasonable expectations that the photo was totally private. To casually overlook and dismiss theft and subsequent defamation of character is indicative of the inadequate thought processes of the superintendent. How utterly unwise.

Stealing a phone is illegal.
Spreading private nude photos is illegal.
Yet the teacher is forced to resign?
Seems like a typical boys will be boys reaction.

It is incredibly unfortunate that the so called Superintendent is in the position he is in. I really hope this educator gets her job back.

I am disgusted that a Superintendant would blame a victim of a crime instead of the perpetrator. I suppose if one of his female teachers was raped, he would blame her skirt being too short. I would dare one of my children to do this to a teacher! How dare any child do this to anyone, adult or fellow student. This is outrageous behavior and an outrageous response and David Eubanks needs to be removed from his position. He is not fit to be the superintendent of any school disctrict.

Completely inappropriate response to this situation. While I don't think the student needs to be burned at the stake, he or she absolutely needs to have ramifications for his/her actions.
The teacher did absolutely nothing wrong. No teacher should ever have to let their personal relationships suffer because a student may steal their property, dig through their personal information and send pictures intended for their spouse.

Such BS! I hope this makes it to media outlets and this superintendent is fired.
