Bet David Eubank is frantically trying to put a pin on his phone and is just lashing out at her. As a UK based trainee teacher I am appalled by his "blame the teacher" attitude that he has. It is very much the attitude of a snotty parent that no one wants to meet with. I am going to share the hell out of this and for the love of god hope that David actually bases decisions on fact not slander or personal interests.

I am not even a student in this school. I am a citizen in Northern Oregon. I can see that this is an appalling and despicable course of events. I recommend to the creators of the petition, the students that know that the district is in the wrong, that you forward this petition to the ACLU. The ACLU can help you and may even represent your teacher in any legal action.

Education extends beyond maths and English. The educational board there are effectively stating that children are precious and exempt from punishment but their employees are expendable assets. Sure this message to the teaching staff won't affect morale or teaching standards at all.

To destroy someone's lively hood is definitely a reason for the student to be held accountable. They were old enough to make the decision to post stollen pictures then they must be punished in the same capacity. GIVE her her JOB BACK. REALLY people.

Please bring her back to school. That was not her fault at all. Don't push her to the end like that. She a normal person and she has a right to take what picture she wants . That student was totally wrong. School should protect her instead of forcing her resigned.
