As many have said before, just because someone is underage, doesn't mean that they are allowed to go completely unpunished. Theft and invading someones privacy is still a crime, even if it happens in a classroom.

The student should be penalized for placing a picture online without the teachers permission. The schools reaction is an example of how rape culture continues to exist throughout the country. Although she wasn't physically assaulted, this teacher was definitely harmed by this student's actions. The student needs to be reprimanded in some way. Way to go SC, for permeating your reputation of being a horrible place.

Children are humans. They do not get to be blameless just because they are not "adults" gauged by an arbitrary legal age. Someone steal the principal's phone and see what nasty stuff he's got. I'm tired of women being treated like this.
