Bring Back Mrs. Arthur

Showing my support for Mrs. Arthur; however, I'd assume and hope that she has no desire to return to that work environment.

He violated her privacy by going through her phone and taking pictures of private pictures. It doesn't matter if a student was allowed to use her phone once or a thousand times with permission. He did this without her concent. We need to teach all young people that without concent anything they do to another person or their property is wrong. By not punishing him it's giving other students the ok to do simular things in the future without fear of punishment. Thiss is the wrong message to be sending young adults. By blaming her you are showing male students it is OK to do things to females without their concent. This is how our rape culture is reinforced and taught to the next generation.

You should also melt the schools phone lines until they agree to give her , her job back. phones ringing 24/7/365 make a good tool. Ring the school and the superintendents office. If you can obtain his home phone, that just makes things that much better.

this is fully the fault of the student acting inappropriately. Completely ridiculous.

Unbelievable that she's the one to bear the brunt of someone else's wrongdoing. Bring her back. Her personal life is just that - PERSONAL.

That teacher is a victim. Punishing her for the student's behavior is insane.

It is ridiculous and unseemly that the school superintendent is punishing the victim here. This is rape culture at work. It needs to stop. Now!

I can't believe any reasonable person would blame the victim, the teacher, for the actions of a delinquent. What lesson is that teaching the student and where is the teacher's union?

Punish the 16 year old student NOT the Teacher!!!

What she does in her free time is none of your business.

This is just an unbelievable travesty, to cause permanent and irreversible harm to the life and career of a woman who is clearly the victim.

I do not usually take time to fill things like this out, but the termination of the employment a victim of invasion of privacy is wrong. How does Eubanks sleep at night.. what a coward.

You should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves. And I hope she sues you. She has a very strong case against you. But the case against you in the court of public opinion is even stronger. The student should be expelled, not the teacher.

I feel compelled to point out this is not her wrong, this is the child's wrong. Re instate her. I am sure she will be careful to delete next time, but sometime delete it still pops back up with all this automatic bullcrap we have on our phones!

This is rediculous, in the modern age of technology, this should be viewed as a case of hacking even though the teachers phone was used with permission. The permission to view private photos, I'm sure, was not given. Kids can access porn on websites shot his is simply stupid beyond belief. Bring back this teacher.

An embarrassment of a school and superintendent. I'm guessing the quality of everything else in that hell hole is as repugnant as its moral compass. It scares me that this school is putting kids out into the real world. That kid should be charged with all sorts of crimes, and they punished the victim.

Teachers deserve privacy and should be allowed to live their lives as normal people. She was not breaking any laws. This is a patriarchal decision made by men who have no respect for women. Fire the superintendent instead.

Absolute perversion of justice. Many 16 year olds are "children" only on paper. They know right & wrong. The superintendent is full-blown coward taking the safe route.

Fire this teacher? For what? The victim is being punished here. That superintendent needs to get over his own fears of the human body and think with reason, not with the ingrained prejudices he learned as a kid!
