I sympathize for this poor woman who has been wronged and hope she finds appropriate justice in a timely manner no person should ever be shamed in such away after their privacy has been invaded and abused in such a way. The treatment she has recieved from her superiors is not only inappropriate showing a double standard forced onto women but is also highly irresponsible for not showing any discipline to the perpetrator for what kind of example or precedent will this show the other students.

Hopefully the citizens in the school district will demand the administrator's job after this is settled out. Clearly he's outlived his usefulness as a school administer.

Even in the UK this is headline news, how much of an insensitive moron do you have to be, this woman has the right to privacy, on her phone and otherwise, I like many other Brits consider this to be ridiculous that not only she lost her job, but that the child was no punished, I am 16, I do stupid things but there is never any excuse for this blatantly out of touch and out of line behaviour by someone who's job it is to show empathy and understanding.

33 yrs in Law Enf, I have witnessed the degradation of respect & common courtesy amongst our youth. We won't fix this, unfortunately. Mr. Eubanks' stance on this matter, and those of like mind, assures this.
