The administration of Union County High needs fired. For a student to get away with invasion of privacy of a teacher, and for her to be punished is plain WRONG!

What's this world coming to? As already pointed out, the 'thief' is going free? The invasion of someone's privacy is ok? There's a major media figure in court right now for something similar right now and will probably win the suit because she should. I just cannot believe what I'm reading about this. The kid 'stole' the phone!! The kid copied pics from the womans phone intended for her husband and sent them all over the place!!!! This is invasion of privacy as well as several other crimes and he's getting off scott free???? WTF????!!!! REALLY!!!??? I just canNOT believe it!!! Only in America today. Only in America......Obama must love this story.

"Blame the victim:" a shameful response to a despicable incident. This dedicated teacher does not deserve dismissal, she deserves to be reinstated.

The only person who did something wrong was the student who invaded his teacher's privacy and others who forwarded the photos. Some action should be taken against the student(s), but as his teacher said "16 year olds make stupid mistakes". The teacher deserves an apology from the student(s) and the administrators who took action against her.
