I believe that the student should be expelled for going through a teachers personal belongings. She should be giving the justice that she deserves.

I am a teacher. David Eubanks and these other COWARDLY SCUM need to get their ass-kissing two-faced behinds OUT of education. All of the "adults" involved in this decision should be ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES! You make me sick and I pray heartily for your prompt downfall! The student was wrong. The student committed felonies (stealing, distributing sexual imagery to minor, etc). Sue the school district Mrs. Arthur! They had no mercy on you and you should repay in full! Otherwise this will continue to happen - teachers have no respect anymore; not from the students, not from the other teachers, not from the "leadership"... SICK!!!! SUE THEM!

The student/s need to be punished. Those were private pictures and her privacy was violated. If this is what out school system has come too I'm so glad I'll never have kids who attend. Bring her back.

I'm in Canada. I just wanted to tell you that your school board is the laughing stock of the whole world tonight. They are teaching their students that stealing is acceptable but showing love for your husband is not. Everyone on your school board should be fired for bringing such embarrassment & humiliation to your community.

I'm from New Jersey so I'm sure my opinion is discounted. But if the student took her phone and accessed her bank account, would the teacher be held accountable? Theft is theft...even in Nee Jersey.

This is a terrible injustice. She didn't deserve to have her most intimate information exploited nor does she deserve to lose her job! The student should be expelled and facing charges. Admit that you were WRONG DAVID EUBANKS. My heart goes out to Mrs. Arthur and also her husband.

The student that willfully stole the teacher's phone and published her picture meant for her husband should face disciplinary action. The teacher should retain her job and she has learned a valuable lesson....personal photos should not be available on a cell phone...period.

THEFT!!! The student stole her private information by snooping through her apps. The student should be arrested and Ms. Arthur's job reinstated.
