I don't even go to that school and I'm signing this. Her private life is her own, and she even had the humility and humbleness to forgive the student.

If we have heard all the facts, it's absolutely ludicrous that the victim here is being punished.

The student should be expelled, the teacher is at no fault here

The person committing the crime should be held fully responsible. She needs to file a lawsuit against the school.

This is not her fault. She should not be punished for an invasion of privacy!

Insane that a good teacher would be punished for a students illegal actions.

Get a grip. This teacher has been attacked and outed to the public. The fault is with the student that stole the phone and posted the pictures... Not with the teacher. The school board ought to be ashamed of themselves.

this is absurd. Prosecute in juvenile court. Teacher should move out of effing South Carolina, this culture of blame the victim is indicative of major STOOOOOPPPPID. There are many places in America we welcome good teachers.

I think she deserves her job back if there was no wrong doing on her part. She's the victim.

Her private life is just that. Private. She did nothing wrong, she should be reinstated and the student should be expelled.

One more example of the upside down world in which we live. Should ESPN's Erin Andrews be fired because some pervert secretly recorded her in her Marriott hotel room?

This is BS. The woman may have been foolish to put the photo on her phone but it is a zero compared to the kids theft.

The teacher should sue the board of education and then press charges on the student...UCHS officials get real....just admit the decision you made is every bit as stupid as what the student did. SMH

Idiot administrators. Another example of why education is in such a sorry state. No common sense. Fail to punish the thief and instead, let's punish the victim. Upside down logic.

It is crazy that we have to fight for this teacher and nothing is happening to the student. And people wonder what's wrongs with the youth today?

The principle should stop taking little girls phones. They belong to the parents. Shame on you for being a hypricate! And teach your students right before the end up in jail when you invade privacy as an adult you will do jail time. And I for one believe that a child's phone is an extension of the parents property hands off.
