The student should be arrested for stealing and expelled for invading the teachers privacy! The teacher shouldn't lose her job, she has suffered enough! Arrest the low life!

This teacher should not be penalized for an obvious violation of her privacy. Expell the student immediately.

While she should have locked her phone, any reasonable presumption is that no one will be looking through it either. She should be fined, not fired and the student should face some ramifications such as suspension as well.

This is just horrendous. I agreed with what Jennifer Lawrence said after her phone was hacked and the same can be said. Mrs. Arthur was violated and she shouldn't be punished for it. I truly believe what happened her is sexist, to say the least.

A teacher accidentally leaving her phone unlocked on her desk should *not* cause her to lose her job. The student in question violated HER privacy. The student should be expelled and this wonderful, dedicated teacher should be re-hired immediately. Anything else would be a travesty of justice.

That student should be arrested for invasion of privacy. He "stole" private property. The schools superintendent should be fired for his lack of common sense and lack of morality. He is contributing to the deliqency of a minor. Sad and ridiculous.
