She did nothing wrong. Her phone, her pictures! The student committed a crime called "theft" and another crime of "distribution of porn" not the teacher!

Lucky she didn't have a picture of a gun on her phone. All this pc bs is totally insane.

Take em to court, start a go fund and I'll contribute and so will many others. Mr Eubanks needs to resign for lack of good judgment.

This is ridiculous she should not have to resign because she her phone is not password protected. The student is not a baby and knows what they were doing.

Good going, teach kids they have no consequences to their actions. This is what is wrong with our country...no common sense. Punish the kid, reinstate the teacher.

Sue the perpetrator and his parents. Then, charge him criminally for distributing 'pornographic' material while at school and or to minors. His lack of judgement is disturbing. This is more than a childish 'prank'.

Arrest the little punk for stealing and reinstate the teacher.

The lack of the system to hold the child accountable is what is truly leading to the delinquency of a minor. Reinstate this teacher - a victim of invasion of privacy.

students need to know what is right from wrong. taking intimate photos for personal use between husband & wife is not wrong. leaving her phone unlocked does not attributes delinquency in minors, would leaving $10,000 cash on her desk & leaving the room, and have the student stealing the cash, contributes delinquency in minors? imho, that minor is already delinquent

He should be punished, not her. She should get the writeup in a file.

It is the student that should be expelled, and the teacher should sue the school district. If the student broke into the teacher's house and stole naked pictures of her from her home computer, would the teacher also be required to quit? The school district's logic is inverted and convoluted to the point of irrationality. I strongly condemn the school district's actions.

Bad precedent for students, you can get away with crime just because you are young

Taking and using someone's phone is criminal. It's like breaking into their house, accessing their bank accounts, and stealing their mail, all in one. There is NO reason to fire Arthur. It is the student who needs to be taught a serious lesson here.
