Invasion of privacy and theft are punishable crimes to the perpetrator; not the victim.

Kid needs to be charged for theft. If this were test results he would! Invading Teacher's personal property: phone, desk, purse, briefcase it is theft. Expell student, fire principal and review school board. To the teacher, sue the school for civil damages. Your lifetime income has been threatened!!!

It is the school director who should be dismissed for his/her lack of common sense, and the student punished. A 16 years old person has already enough judgement to know what is right or wrong!!!

The administration should be sued. She did nothing wrong. Nothing.

The student should be suspended. How can the board even think of firing the teacher. She should sue the living daylights out of you, and i'm against being litigation happy, but this is asinine .
