She was never in the wrong, as a student myself; a junior in Highschool you know the difference between right and wrong. Teenage boys are disgusting and act without much common sense of the possible outcomes.

What the school administration us doing is setting an example and pathway for all students to abuse their teachers! You should be ashamed of yourselves for not protecting your Staffs rights and privacy. What a person does with their spouse in private is PRIVATE and it is no one's business! I am sure you would not appreciate your spank time with your wife spread all over the Internet! !!!!! Hypocrite!

It's the students who should be punished not the teacher her phone was stolen. She had all right to have that pic of herself on her phone as long as it was not shared. Her property not the schools or students. She got the raw shaft of the deal and I bet the student is not in trouble. She deserves her job back she did NOTHING WRONG!!!!!

This is just like a bully being enabled by his friends. The bully is the student and his friends are the school board. Since when is it the right thing to do when you continue to victimize the victim. The only person that should be losing their job is David Eubanks. He did not do his job by suspending the student.

Regardless of how the student may have obtained the cellular device, the owner states it was stolen, therefore it was stolen. The student acted with malicious intent and should be punished for the offense.

This is outrageous, for a school district to do nothing to protect its teachers' privacy from students. The school should have punished the student, not just left it up to law enforcement. But I'm sincerely grateful that it is being dealt with. Honestly if I were this teacher (or any teacher in this district) I wouldn't want to work for this administration. But you owe her more than an apology.

I'm from Canada. At my high school we never had a mechatronics class. It is great to see a teacher teach students such a a great subject. I hope to Ms. Arthur comes back, even though I don't go to the school.
The students deserve to get an enriched learning experience, as many people don't have the option to learn

i think what you students are doing is great- this is such a messed up situation and so rude against this teacher!
I'm really happy that some kids from her class are taking the initiative to get her back and not judging HER for being a victim of someone else's actions. She must obviously be a great teacher if you are putting in this much effort to get her back. I hope the principal realizes that this is completely unfair to the teacher- bad enough she has to be embarrassed and humiliated by having something meant for her husbands eyes only passed around the school- but she also loses her job?? Come on that is just wrong. I am sure that a lot of this judgement is because it was a nude picture- well that's her and her husbands business- it shows they have a close and fun relationship unlike so many married people! For shame that you judge her- and cause her to lose her job that she loves

When a student STEALS private property from their teacher and uses it to damage their character, disciplinary action should be assigned to the student guilty of theft, NOT the teacher. This woman has every right to send private photos to her husband (or any consenting adult she entrusts with private photos) and the student had no right to take her phone or post these photos. the student and school district should be ashamed of the way they have conducted themselves, by punishing the victim of theft and rewarding the thief by turning a blind eye. This sends the message that the students are in control and teachers have no personal privacy whatsoever.

I am appalled that you fired this teach in yet another example of blaming the female victim for a sexual assault against her. Meanwhile, the perpetrator of the sexual assault is essentially told that his behaviour was perfectly acceptable. I think you the person who should be looking for a new job - or at the very least sexual harassment training - is superintendent David Eubanks.
