To pressure a resignation over this situation is to victimize a woman who has already been victimized. This is not a case of a teacher being inappropriate, but rather a student being a peeping tom, thief and bully. Students in this school need to know that an act like this is a violation if not outright criminal.

This teacher should be reinstated. That student should be expelled from school. He stole her phone, invaded her privacy, and distributed stolen images to his friends and others. When are we going to punish the perpetrators and protect the innocent.
