Mrs. Arthur should not have been suspended, she did nothing wrong.

Unbelievable that the student hasn't been charged criminally or disciplined by the school. Sue the school, the student and his parents! Good luck!!

The boy knew better than to touch the teacher's phone. Why don't you discipline the correct person since he did wrong? It seems the wrong person gets disciplined and ends up getting hurt. The boy should get arrested for forwarding the pictures. That's illegal what he did.

As a teacher from London this story, as it is told, is outrageous, shocking and wrong.

What a shame, the teacher is the victim here. The student should be held accountable.

This needs to go to the state... The school district isn't gonna do anything.. This woman is the victim... It's a Crime to distribute nude pics of someone who unknowingly knows...

Teenagers need to be made accountable for their arrogant bullying and criminal actions. Not this poor teacher.

Shame on this school for not supporting Mrs. Arthur. The student was completely out of line, and her oversight was small.

What a travesty of victim-blaming. The Superintendent should resign instead of this teacher!

What's right is right. The student made a choice taking her property, he should be punished and she should be allowed to work until the investigation is completed.

I see no reason for her to be forced to resign. She did nothing wrong. Why isn't the student being held responsible? Even the terrorist's phone is being kept private.

A victim of any kind should never be blamed for the crime against them.

This is wrong. The student is in the wrong by stealing her photos off her private property. That is the same as if he broke into her house and stole something. The student should be the one being punished here NOT Mrs. Arthur!

The kid was a jerk. She did not deserve to lose her job.

This is so wrong. So wrong. Reinstate the teacher NOW. Prosecute the student.

How is looking at nude pictures contributing to the delinquency of a minor? I expect this student could have seen any number of naked women on the evening television.
