SO WRONG. 13 years of service, taking care of and teaching our out of control children, her privacy shattered, publicly humiliated. Get a lawyer; die the school and then sue the kids parents for $5M

This is ridiculous. This student should be in trouble NOT the teacher. Great way to reward terrible behavior and punish an innocent person. The people who need to be fired are the ones who asked for her resignation. I am proud that there are students willing to stand up for their teacher.

The administration has made a mistake on the wrong person has been punished. In addition, there is nothing immoral or illegal about being nude and there is nothing immoral or illegal about sharing that nudeness with your husband.

Why should taking a pic of oneself like that make one inept to do ones job? Even in this case, one thing has absolutely nothing to do with the other! Do you know how many people in the world take nude pics of themselves at some stage in their lives? Let me estimate that for you: 90%. The other 10% dont have a camera.

Unbelievable... The outcome is backwards. The student should be expelled and teacher protected.

This is a crime of theft. Just like entering the teacher's purse and stealing money, credit cards, etc. Political correctness strikes again.

The wrong party is being punished in this case. The student - not the teacher - is the culprit.

My dad is a teacher and I have seen, firsthand, how STUPID school administrators can be; but this is possibly the most egregious action ever heard of against a teacher. What else can one be blamed for? I supposed one could use the same logic to a rape. if she didn't want to get raped, she shouldn't have worn those clothes!? Schools NEED to start holding these 'children' responsible for their actions. Stop blaming teacher because the student is a thug or a thief.

This is ludicrous, the victim is being punished. Even if the student is a minor he has to be tried to a standard that he took the initiative to steal the pictures and share it with the world which is blatant disregards to someones privacy.

What a jerk, it makes me so upset that he can steal, publically humiliate, and ruin a life ..with ZERO consequences. I'm baffled.

And this is what is wrong in our world. Those responsible are not held accountable. This way we are teaching the next generation that they do not have to take responsibility for their actions.

This is ridiculous. If anyone deserves to have charges against them it's the student not the teacher. I would call a lawyer

This teacher's privacy was clearly violated by the student. She is the victim, why take her career from her? The student need to be punished he knows what he was doing and he knows that his intention was not innocent at all.

The child should be held accountable for their actions and the teacher reinstated! Otherwise the jerk kid will continue this disrespectful behavior.
