Mrs. Arthur should absolutely be reinstated. She did nothing wrong. It was the student who knowingly violated her privacy. HE should be the person punished.

The student that stole her private pictures needs to be punished, not this teacher. I may not be affiliated in any way to this school, teacher, or students, but this is a travesty. Restore Leigh Anne Arthur to her position. And as for the student, I think expulsion is warranted.

This is an injustice. Teachers should not be held responsible for being victimized by their students because they didn't "lock their phone". These administrators are cowards who'd probably fire a teacher for bleeding on a student who attacked them.
