I'm in no way related to this school, this teacher, or these students. But after hearing about this injustice, the student must face repercussions of his actions and the teacher should not take full blame.

Punish the student for theft and invasion of privacy, not the teacher for living a typical adult life doing typical adult things. It's her business what she does on her cell phone. We live in a pathetic society.

This student invaded his teacher's privacy and sexually harassed her.
Yet she is the one that is punished? She is the one that has to lose her job while nothing happens to the student?
