This is an embarrassment honestly. I have no stake in this, but I'd like to see the board own up to its atrocious mistake.

Time to instate a reasonable use policy for the computers and the illegal accessing of personal property (IE pictures).

Unfair dismissal, since the teacher is a victim in this case.

Ridiculous move by the administration and a very big breach of privacy.

Ridiculous that someone is punished for an invasion of privacy.

This is an egregious affront to Mrs. Arthur's right to privacy. A person who is doing their job well should never have to worry about repercussion due to actions in their personal life, especially if those actions are entirely legal. Reinstate Mrs. Arthur.

That boy should be held accountable for his actions and so should the District for being ignorant in firing a victim of theft.

The fact that this teacher is being punished for personal information that was stolen from her is absolutely ridiculous. Take effective action against the students.

If this had been the phone of a female student the boy would've been expelled and facing charges. In this situation the fact that Mrs. Arthur was a teacher does not change what should happen.
