I understand the teacher forgave him for his extremely stupid and disrespectful action but seriously his story "It was unlocked.... available for all to see." What a load of crap!

This is ridiculous. Mrs. Arthur is the VICYIM here, not the offender. She has a right to a personal life, and to privacy on her personal devices! Shame on these students and on the administration for not standing behind her!

Prayers for her. Sad she had photos of herself just sending to her spouse then a teenager has to share what she has done to the world. He should be punished and she should get her job back. Hope justice is served. From Chester SC

That child needs to be taught a lesson and held responsible for his actions.

God Sent me. Fb God....this is outrageous. In 2016 where a women sends her husband a private picture on her phone and a student went to her bag, retrieved the phone, went into her apps, opened an app, and scrolled through her pictures then had to upload it to send it to people....tells me that she did secure her privacy ok. How about you teach that student not to steal? Then maybe all of this would never have happened!!! Is the students dad a big donator or something?

Teach students not to steal, not to go through private information, not to post incredibly private and embarressing photos of someone online. The student deserves to be punished by the school too!

Crazy that somehow invasion of privacy is the teacher's fault. Poor decision by the administration to cover their ass.

Discipline the child but let's not ruin his entire life. Make him learn from this as to why his behavior was wrong

The school should be ashamed, and the child should be charged with a sex crime.

The student needs to be expelled. It's no different then the student breaking into the administration office and stealing school property. The district need to reinstate this teacher and write a formal public apology since the student and the school violated her rights. Such an abuse to this teacher.
