The student stole Mrs. Arthur's phone, that is theft, and also the student went into her gallery. She need her privacy. The student needs to be punished to. Stealing isn't right and looking up at people's photos without the owner's permission isn't also right.

Administrators should lead by example. In this case they have proven themselves to be incompetent in their ability to do that, and should poromptly resign and settle this matter with Ms. Authur as soon as possible to avoid further embarrassment.

the punk kids stoled HER privacy. they had no right touching her items without her permission. the right thing to do is to teach the kids a lesson not to mess with other possessions by suspending them from school for a while. maybe they will think twice before breaking into someone's car or home that is not locked.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Talk about victim blaming. Last I checked, having sexy pictures on your phone is not illegal or professional misconduct. Stealing someone's nude photos and sharing them is both illegal (in most places) and a terrible thing to do.
