Punish the student for breaching privacy, not the teacher for having something private stolen from her.

Thank you for creating this petition! This administration should be ashamed. Another example of how our culture treats women...

School admins again demonstrate why they are such spineless cowards undeserving of any respect. I would hope they would set a proper example for students. What a shame.

This is no different than someone breaking into her house and stealing other private property.

This teacher has the same 1st and 4th Amendments as anyone. She should be reinstated immediately and the student should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

This is disgusting and a gross invasion of privacy by a student who committed both theft and sexual harassment of a teacher. You are blaming Mrs Arthur for conduct of a third party and for perfectly legal conduct between a married couple, and she should be reinstated. The student should also be punished for his unacceptable conduct. Theft and bullying should be unacceptable whoever commits it. Regards, Paul Mahoney

The (sole, largely unidentified) student who VICTIMIZED, AND, then Consciously TORTURED the victim (THEFT; INVASION of privacy; and egregious secondary assault / re-victimization) WILL Hurt Others in the Future.

It is not this teachers fault that one of the student body decided to commit criminal tresspass (into her property), theft (of the photo), and character defamation (circulating the photo). Behavior like this would result in criminal charges against an adult. The student should be reprimanded, the teacher reinstated (or at least exonerated), and the school district should issue an apology for its misconduct in this case IMO.
