Dismissing this teacher for having private photos which were password protected on her phone is a morally bankrupt decision. David Eubanks should be fired for poor leadership and judgment.

This is wrong. The student has stolen the image and should be prosecuted by the judicial system. The teacher perhaps had a lack of judgement but is not responsible for this inappropriate action by the student.

This was a violation of her privacy. I was raped at 13, this must feel much the same. Being violated is a crime against a victim, once again the school victimized her a second time. Was this boy a son of a prominent citizen pic the community that wanted this dropped or hushed? Sad. Finally, justice. Just read charges have been brought against the young man and right fully so. I pray he learns and grows from this do his future is not a total ruin. I pray this teacher can regain he teaching position.

This whole thing is wrong. Just because the woman is a teacher doesn't mean she's not also a normal, healthy, sexual being. If you only want your children around non-sexual human beings, I suggest you enroll them in a nun run Catholic school.... But even that's not a sure bet. You certainly can't home school them because, uh, chances are you did a little bump and grind yourself since your a parent! So what to do? How about give Mrs. Arthur her job back and get over yourself.

I cannot believe the intentional invasion of privacy by this kid is going unpunished yet the superintendent has fired the teacher!!!??!?!? Unbelievable. The kid verbally threatened this teacher. She leaves the classroom momentarily to do her mandatory hall rounding and by the time she returns... he has forever tarnished her reputation although she did nothing wrong as this was her PRIVATE property that was tampered with! Shame on the kid. Shame on the superintendent!

Bring back a completely innocent teacher. Obviously, her students love her and she did nothing wrong. She should have her job back without any questions or concerns. She has a life outside of teaching just like everyone else. That is her personal phone and it isn't her fault that a student decided to do that.
