Mrs. Arthur should get her job back. Once the student took her phone and stole a private photos of her it became a crime. But the student isn't being punished here. Students and children need to learn that there are consequences for their actions. The phone could have remained on the desk all day long that child had no right to touch something that didn't belong to him. Make this right!

Since when is the victim tormented and punished while the thief who stole her phone has the right to bully and laugh? And lying? This school has shamed themselves more than stolen photos shame this poor teacher! Shame on you Mr. Eubanks!

This teacher had no right to be fired. What kind of person goes through someone else's cellphone and receives no punishment? The teacher handled things way better than I would have. The student needs to be disciplined thoroughly for invading someone else's privacy and humiliating them like this. The teacher deserves her job back, and the school staff needs to rethink how they handle things.

Absolutely ridiculous to blame a teacher for a private photo taut she took and sent in confidence. And then to blame her? Come on - give this poor lady her job back.

Disgraceful, Mrs Arthur should be reinstated and the student expelled! This phone is private property. Eubanks is the all to often example of liberalist clap trap views with no common sense.

Unacceptable dismissal while administration knows they are in the wrong, and are now trying to pull a CYA maneuver.
