Clearly a regressive workplace that blames female victims for invasions of their privacy. I demand that superintendent David Eubanks be removed immediately from a position he clearly is not competent to occupy.

Seriously?? - why must we criminalize EVERYTHING?!, and to what end? The kid took the phone and was nosy - typical kid stuff. There happened to be naughty photos on the ADULT woman's phone - nothing wrong here. Give the phone back, reprimand the kid and make him apologize for stealing and invading another person's privacy.. the teacher I'm sure feels supremely embarrassed and will be far more careful about photos on her phone in the future. NO HARM DONE. Seriously, where does this Puritan 21st century attitude come from?

Far too many students justify theft with "she left it out" or some other excuse. Don't punish the victim, who made the reasonable assumption that young adults would respect her privacy.

I'm from Colombia, and with due respect, the theacher can to live his private life as she wants, and If she left the cell phone on the desk, this does not mean that the student can take something that is the property of the teacher, its something stupid or absurd to think that

Regardless if she left the phone on her desk, in her home, or in her purse, the kid invaded her privacy and committed theft. Therefore if he is allowed to dtive, then he should allowed to pay adult penalties for his action. There is no training stage for committing a crime.
